On November 28, 2025, secon intensive workshop was organized within the framework of the UPGRADE project – Enhancing Graduates’ Employability Tracking in Moldova (Project No. 101129166).
The event was held online and organsed by by the institutional team of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM), bringing together representatives from higher education institutions.

During the workshop session, participants explored modern digital solutions applicable to graduate career tracking, drawing inspiration from European best practices and innovative data collection and analysis tools. A key presentation was delivered by Dr. Tatiana Bucos, expert and member of ASEM’s institutional team, who outlined the essential components of an integrated digital system. These include online survey platforms, interoperable databases, automated data validation mechanisms, and analytical dashboards for real-time reporting. Emphasis was placed on embedding these tools within existing institutional infrastructures to ensure the sustainability, accuracy, and impact of graduate employability monitoring processes.
Participants were also given the opportunity to apply their newly gained knowledge in practice by completing and testing the graduate tracking questionnaire developed within the project. Their valuable feedback will contribute to the adaptation of the tool to the specific needs of each institution.
To conclude, the event played a significant role in advancing the implementation of the second institutional piloting of the graduate employability tracking survey. Partner institutions from the Republic of Moldova have now initiated this second round of piloting, aimed at collecting relevant data to support evidence-based policymaking in higher education and the labour market.
