On March 28-29, 2024, the first consortium meeting was organized within ERASMUS+ UPGRADE project - "Enhancing Graduates' Employability Tracking in Moldova"" (reference number: 101129166), co-funded by the European Union.
The meeting was organized with phisical precence by the project coordinator and took place at the headquarters of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, UPGRADE Grant coordinator.
The event was attended by representatives of the institutional project management teams from the State University of Moldova (USM), the "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University (UPSC), the "Alecu Russo" State University from Balti (USARB), the University State University "Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu" from Cahul (USC), State University from Comrat (KDU), European Institute for Reform Initiatives and Education "Aspire" (ASPIRE), "1 Decembrie 1918" University from Alba Iulia (UAB).
Dr. Olesea SIRBU presented the general and specific objectives of the UPGARDE project and the expected results. The consortium adopted the calendar, discussed the organizational structure, the roles and responsibilities of the partners within the project, the operational plan, the allocation of tasks between the partners.
The second day was dedicated to the project financial management, reporting rules and models, adoption of specific procedures and mechanisms. In addition, special attention was paid to dissemination and communication actions.
