A Quality Committee meeting was organized within the framework of the UPGRADE project – Enhancing Graduates’ Employability Tracking in Moldova (Project Number: 101129166). The meeting took place online on March 28, 2025, and brought together all members of the Quality Committee, along with the institutional coordinators of the project partners from Moldova.  The session was chaired by Dr. Rodica CRUDU, UPGRADE Project Manager.

The main objective of the meeting was to validate several strategic deliverables developed within the project, which will later be analyzed and discussed by the UPGRADE National Policy Task Force. This validation process is a key step in ensuring the quality and relevance of tools and strategies intended to strengthen the monitoring of graduates’ employability in the Republic of Moldova.

The following key deliverables were presented and discussed during the session:

• UPGRADE Graduates Employability Country Profile
• Questionnaire for Monitoring Labor Market Insertion of Higher Education Graduates in the Republic of Moldova
• Requirements for Tracking Employability Survey
• Concept of the Platform for Monitoring the Labor Market Insertion of Higher Education Graduates

Each deliverable was briefly introduced by the responsible institution, followed by constructive feedback and discussion among all project partners. The meeting emphasized the importance of a coordinated and collaborative approach in building an effective data collection and analysis system focused on graduate career outcomes.

The session concluded with a collective commitment to continue refining and finalizing the deliverables, supporting the broader goals of higher education reform and evidence-based policymaking in Moldova.
